We use Stripe for payment processing. All subscription fees, purchases, and transactions are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service. VVUES does not store your full payment card details.

6. Banking Information

We may use Plaid to securely collect and verify bank account information. By linking a bank account, you authorize Plaid and VVUES to access and transmit your financial data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Communications

We may use Twilio to send SMS messages, notifications, and verification codes. Standard messaging rates may apply.

8. Location Services

You may choose to share your location for geo-fence–based features. If enabled, your device’s location will be collected and processed to provide location-specific services.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant VVUES a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the Platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.

• Interfere with Platform operation.

• Upload harmful, infringing, or obscene material.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Disclaimers

VVUES is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVUES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
